Limits of Legal Liability
In a judgement delivered on 12 May 1998 (Case Number 312 0 85/98) the court of Hamburg determined that, under certain conditions, the owner of a computer program who incorporates Links to other web sites has joint-responsibility for the information contained in the linked web site.
